As a wedding and party planner working in Tahoe, with most people from out of town, Ken has always been the DJ I recommend for all of my events. He is always friendly, humble, observant, knowledgeable and has a great collection of music. He's able to work with all types of groups and all ages and is entertaining and involved during the event. Every other month, the kickboxing studio I attend has a themed event & they hire Amplified Entertainment for those occasions. I was introduced to Amplified at my first event last fall. One of the best vendors we worked with through our entire wedding experience! They were professional, friendly and most of all, able to work with all of our craziness as the date drew near. My husband is active duty military, so the entire planning process was extra difficult, but everyone I worked with at Amplified Entertainment made the process a piece of cake!
Ken was so understanding throughout the planning process and helped me set everything up to run as smoothly as possible. Mikayla was our DJ and what a fantastic DJ she was! She communicated with us throughout the event to make sure everyone was on the same page and kept everyone dancing and having fun.
The overall experience was amazing, they were able to work with our time constraints and the price was very fair! I would highly recommend them for any event and especially your wedding!!

Ken at Amplified Entertainment was AMAZING! What can I NOT say, he is punctual, creative, very knowledgeable about his passion, and wedding timelines! He was the DJ for my wedding last Friday, and was perfect!! Ken met with me a couple times before the wedding, which was great for getting started and then going over final details right before the big day. All I had to do was tell him when the wedding started and when it ended, and Ken suggested a wedding timeline, which worked out perfect!! He did a great job of keeping all my guests informed the whole night, which I believe is crucial for a successful wedding! I never did come up with music for general dancing at the end of the wedding, and Ken came through with his own mix of songs, just going off of general genres I was interested in. The music was spot on to what I was wanting, and he has cool strobe lights to really get the party started ;). I had so many people tell me that our wedding was so much fun and perfect, I believe Ken had A LOT to do with that! Thank you Ken, you ROCK!!
